Exchange and return period

You can return or exchange the products you have purchased within fifteen (15) days from the delivery date without destroying, using, or impairing the resaleability of the product.

Exchange and Return conditions

Please read the following items carefully in order for your exchange and/or refund to take place;

- Our members are required to create their exchange - return requests by filling out the form on my account / my orders / return - exchange request form or by contacting the phone and specify their requests.

- For orders placed without a member, the product exchange - return request must be made by phone or by sending an e-mail.

-The product should be placed in the transparent pocket of the invoice cargo bag, together with all copies of the invoice, and sent to Necdet Tuhafiye address specified on the invoice, with the cargo fee paid, by a cargo of your choice.

- Products for which the shipping fee has not been paid will not be received by our warehouse. Cargoes without original invoice (2 copies) are not accepted.

-Return or exchange of products whose original box/packaging has been damaged (for example: products with a shipping label attached on the original box and products taped with a cargo parcel tape are not accepted), which have lost their resaleability feature, cannot be purchased by another customer, have been used and whose use has been determined by the relevant brand. not accepted.

What should I pay attention to during cargo delivery?

When the cargo is delivered to you, if there is a case of crushing, deformation, wetness or damage to the product, open the box with the cargo officer and check the condition of your products. In case you see any damage to the products, do not take delivery of the products and ask the cargo officer to keep a report. The recorded products will be delivered to us by the cargo company and the products will be exchanged by us. Returns and changes that are accepted without a report to the cargo officer and claimed on the grounds that there is crushing, deformation, wetness or a situation that may damage the product will not be accepted.

- If the product you purchased is included in the scope of free shipping (50 TL free shipping campaign), the shipping cost will be deducted from the price you paid. The free shipping application over 50 TL is valid for the products purchased, and the first shipping shipping fee is deducted from the amount to be refunded.

- If there are physical damages during the transportation of the products, please inform us by not receiving the product. Return and exchange requests that are declared damaged after delivery will not be processed.

- Return and exchange requests that are not notified and approved in writing will not be processed.

- Refunds are made on the remaining amount after deducting the shipping charges from the total payment. All shipping charges belong to the customer. Free shipping is not valid for returns. Our company is responsible for covering the shipping fee only in case of defective production product changes.
